Is anet ever going to give us insribable CC weapons?

The Xunlai Tournament Agent will appear in-game within 30 days of the completion of the Winterfest Tournament (on December 17, 2006).
Players will have 30 days after the introduction of this in-game npc to collect their prizes. All prizes not collected within this time will be forfeit.
